"...I contacted Mr. Drummond from Coast to Coast Placement
five months before I finished my residency. During the
initial conversation, I found Mr. Drummond to be very
informative and straightforward. He told me right off
the bat that it would be difficult to find a job within
the short time period that I had, but he was going to
try his best to find different practice opportunities
for me that would fulfill J-1 waiver requirement. He
told me that he would expect to present me with an
opportunity within 4 weeks of our initial conversation.
I was pleasantly surprised when he called me about two
weeks later, telling me about a practice opportunity not
too far from where I was. I went to the practice site
and had an interview with the hospital CEO that offered

"I decided to contact Mr.
Drummond during my 2nd year of internal medicine
residency. I was looking for a J1 waiver position and I
needed all the help I could get. Of course at the time, I
did not know that I would get more help than I could ever
imagine. After the initial contact and sending the
resumes, etc, Mr. Drummond told me it would probably take
about 3-4 months to arrange an interview. I was pleasantly
